We are currently recruiting an M365 Engineer, responsible for making Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform safe, supportable and scalable. This role will establish platform readiness, policies, environments, and BAU support patterns so delivery teams can ship solutions without creating unmanaged risk. You will work closely with the AI Product Lead to configure and maintain Power Platform environments, policies, and operational standards that support governed delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Enable and support a phased Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout aligned to readiness, security boundaries and risk decisions
Implement and manage technical controls supporting safe usage, including DLP policy configuration and connector governance
Strengthen SharePoint / M365 configuration readiness that affects safe adoption, including permissions models and external sharing settings where owned
Establish monitoring, logging, and supporting processes for Copilot and automation solutions, including early life support and BAU transition
Provide second / third line technical support for Copilot and Power Platform issues, working with suppliers where required
Partner with Information Security, Cyber and Technology Risk to implement agreed controls and support audit evidence requirements
Produce clear operational documentation, runbooks, and administration guidance to reduce key-person dependency
Contribute to benefits capture by defining measurable outcomes for delivered solutions and supporting evidence collection
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of M365 engineering
Understanding of Power Platform administration and governance concepts
Experience enabling and supporting new M365 capabilities with phased rollout, user impact management and operational readiness plans
Experience managing challenging and complex technology scenarios
