Job Description

We have an exciting new position for a Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our expanding M365 Consultancy practice. This role encompasses the planning, design, and delivery of standard and customised solutions within the Microsoft 365 platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical execution of projects, engaging throughout the full project lifecycle, from presales to operational handover. We are seeking a dynamic professional who is passionate about leveraging new technologies to address complex business challenges. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where your skills will contribute to delivering impactful solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Conducting client consultations and workshops to capture requirements and identify technical design needs
  • Architecture and Design (High-Level and Low-Level) of Microsoft 365 Solutions
  • Delivering training sessions and client workshops to support the successful delivery of proposed solutions
  • Building and nurturing trusted relationships with clients
  • Ensuring high-quality and consistent delivery to clients
  • Producing project documentation and training materials for both end-users and technical teams

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable and experienced in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions in SharePoint, MS Teams, Purview and the broader M365 platform
  • Able to consult and advise clients on the capabilities and potential of the broader M365 platform
  • Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
  • Autonomous time management and task prioritisation capability
  • Confidence in working with multiple stakeholders of varying seniority and technical proficiency
  • Experience in presenting and demonstrating to stakeholders
  • A collaborative approach to working with project teams in close partnership with clients
  • A desire to keep up-to-date with M365 updates and changes
  • Strong alignment with FSP values and ethos
