The O365 Administrator supports and administers the Microsoft 365 environment, with a strong focus on tenant‑to‑tenant migrations. This role combines hands‑on M365 administration, PowerShell automation, and project‑based migration work to onboard newly acquired organizations into a secure, standardized collaboration platform. This position partners closely with global IT and business stakeholders and supports migration planning, execution, and cutover activities.

  • Support M&A integration activities, ensuring smooth transition of users, data, and collaboration tools
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administration, migrations, and operational tasks
  • Provide Tier II/III support and troubleshooting for complex M365 issues
  • Support platform enhancements, feature rollouts, and operational improvements
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to document processes and support future‑state solutions
