Job Description

Our client is a leading independent fund manager specializing in the critical infrastructure sector. As part of the growth of their technology team, we are looking for an M365 Administrator - SharePoint. As a key player in our digital transformation, your main mission will be to lead the transition to SharePoint Online and ensure the security of the company's data.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the complete transition to SharePoint Online and design intuitive and high-performing site structures
  • Implement and manage Microsoft Purview controls (sensitivity labels, classification, DLP, and retention policies)
  • Ensure data security across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange
  • Support audits by providing technical evidence and required control documentation
  • Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams (particularly for the HR intranet) and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Solid expertise in Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • High level of rigor, attention to detail, and ability to document complex processes
  • Proficiency in PowerShell for automated administration
