Demonstrable experience as a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor or strong MEP QS ready to step up
Proven track record managing M&E packages across major projects
Experience with Government, high-rise residential, prison, retail or data centre projects desirable
Pre- and post-contract MEP cost planning and reporting expertise
RICS-accredited degree (e.g., Quantity Surveying or similar)
MRICS or MCIOB preferred, or actively working towards

Job Responsibility

Take ownership of project delivery from early feasibility through to final account
Manage a portfolio of projects typically ranging from £3m to £120m+

Job Responsibility
