Are you an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor looking to advance your career within a progressive, multi‑disciplinary consultancy? We’re supporting a leading Built Environment Consultancy in their search for a driven professional to join their growing team. Our client delivers some of the UK’s most complex and high‑value industrial and commercial schemes, with project values ranging from £30m+ to smaller specialist works. You’ll be involved in a diverse project portfolio across healthcare, insurance, government, military and wider public/private sectors—offering genuine variety and long‑term development.

Job Responsibility:

Providing expert cost advice on M&E services within building projects
Evaluating design alternatives and advising on cost‑effective solutions
Offering guidance on contract arrangements and conditions
Delivering end‑to‑end quantity surveying services across all project stages
Preparing measured term accounts for contractor‑based clients

Requirements:

A BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent degree/vocational qualification
A full, clean UK driving licence
Strong communication and analytical skills
A proactive mindset and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
