Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary Built Environment Consultancy in Reading. This is an excellent role for an ambitious M&E Quantity Surveyor looking to work on complex, high-value schemes while progressing within a collaborative and supportive team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Preparing cost plans
  • Contract documentation
  • Procurement advice
  • Tender evaluations
  • Final accounts

Requirements:

  • A BSc in Quantity Surveying or a similar degree
  • Proven experience working as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within a UK consultancy
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, cost planning, and contract administration
  • Experience delivering both pre- and post-contract services
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
