Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary Built Environment Consultancy in Reading. This is an excellent role for an ambitious M&E Quantity Surveyor looking to work on complex, high-value schemes while progressing within a collaborative and supportive team.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing cost plans
Contract documentation
Procurement advice
Tender evaluations
Final accounts

Requirements:

A BSc in Quantity Surveying or a similar degree
Proven experience working as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within a UK consultancy
Strong understanding of MEP systems, cost planning, and contract administration
Experience delivering both pre- and post-contract services
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
