Job Description:

We are seeking result-oriented individuals for multiple project-based roles focusing on the successful execution of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems. These positions require a proactive, "hands-on" approach to translate high-level strategy into concrete site actions and successful project delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of M&E systems, ensuring compliance with established processes and respect for project deadlines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors to solve project bottlenecks and provide realistic estimation of delivery lead times
  • Constantly recommend adaptation and improvement of the processes to improve the efficiency of site operations
  • Track and report indirect project costs and contribute to business planning efforts to ensure accurate and competitive pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with commercial and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of materials and equipment for new project phases

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of working experience in project management, commercial analysis, or demand planning within a construction or engineering context (for Manager/APM)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E, Construction, or related engineering fields (for Engineer)
  • Experience in Residential, Commercial, or Industrial construction (including sectors like E&E, EMS, or Industrial Machinery) is highly preferred
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent critical thinking, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and communicate with senior management
  • High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
