Job Responsibility

Manage day-to-day M&E site activities, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Coordinate and supervise mechanical and electrical subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project schedule and quality expectations
Ensure M&E works are delivered in compliance with HTM (Health Technical Memoranda) standards and other healthcare-specific regulations
Oversee M&E installations including HVAC, lighting, fire alarm systems, BMS, medical gases, and plumbing
Attend and lead M&E coordination meetings, liaising with design consultants and the client team as required
Monitor progress against programme, identifying and resolving potential delays or issues
Ensure all RAMS, permits, and quality assurance documentation is in place and up to date
Liaise with the wider site management team to integrate M&E works with general construction activities
Manage snagging, commissioning, and handover processes in collaboration with subcontractors and the client team
Maintain high standards of site health & safety and environmental compliance
