Job Description:

The M Club Concierge Attendant at New Orleans Marriott is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and organization, supporting guest needs, and working collaboratively to prioritize high standards of hospitality. Duties include setup, sanitation, guest interaction, and adherence to safety protocols. Physical tasks like lifting and moving objects are part of the role, along with creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Job Responsibility:

Complete final breakdown of function
clean the room and return equipment to its proper location
set up, stock, and maintain work areas
monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
assist other departments to ensure optimum service
welcome and acknowledge all guests
anticipate and address guests’ service needs
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight
ability to read and visually verify information in small print.
