We are seeking a highly motivated M&A Strategy And Value Creation Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the successful integration of acquired companies — ensuring that strategic goals are realized, teams are aligned, and operations run smoothly post-acquisition.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of acquired companies to understand their business models, commercial performance, and growth drivers
  • Define and monitor business plans for acquired entities, ensuring alignment with Fever’s strategic priorities
  • Track post-acquisition performance, identifying opportunities for synergies, scalability, and innovation
  • Support the definition and execution of expansion and growth plans across markets and business lines
  • Develop and execute comprehensive integration roadmaps across product, operations, commercial, marketing, and corporate functions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions, process alignment, and cultural integration
  • Identify key risks and dependencies, proactively solving challenges to maintain business continuity
  • Continuously improve integration playbooks and processes, capturing best practices for future transactions
  • Serve as the bridge between acquired teams and internal departments, ensuring clear alignment on goals, timelines, and priorities
  • Collaborate across internal teams within Fever to harmonize ways of working, systems, and processes
  • Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations effectively to executive leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA or consulting experience a plus)
  • 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or M&A integration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and data-driven approach
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proficient in English
  • French is a plus
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable — thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Passionate about driving real impact through collaboration, execution, and innovation
