Job Responsibility:
Pro-actively manage the day-to-day execution of transactions, pitches and internal projects, working closely with junior and senior members of the team
Leverage prior experience in Corporate Finance to pro-actively project manage both buy-side and sell-side transactions, involving public and private companies, owner-managed businesses and private equity houses
Develop knowledge of different sectors
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience
Direct experience (3-6 years) of sell-side and/or buy-side corporate finance advisory activities
Strong financial acumen
Strong project management skills and the ability to work across several projects and occasionally handle pressurised situations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel
An inclusive team player with a positive attitude
Solution orientated and a self-starter
Nice to have:
Relevant sector experience is desirable, but not essential.
