Job Description:

The ideal candidate will drive the company's growth strategy as a key member of the Business Development team. This professional will identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's long-term expansion objectives, leveraging their expertise to stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on emerging trends.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and assess potential acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and new business opportunities
Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to inform business decisions
Develop comprehensive financial models and business proposals to present to Senior Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional business development teams to execute business development plans

Requirements:

Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
At least 5-7 years of experience in a Managerial/Business Development role
Proven track record in M&A project management and financial modeling
Excellent business acumen, international business mindset, and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and travel extensively
