Job Responsibility

  • Lead deal origination and evaluation

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of hands-on M&A experience in investment banking, corporate development, or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of leading successful, full-cycle M&A transactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Expert understanding of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and transaction structuring
