To support our strategic ambitions, we are now looking for an M&A Lead to drive and execute our global acquisition strategy and play a key role in shaping Scanfil's future. This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the Group CEO, with full ownership of the M&A lifecycle—from sourcing and evaluation to execution and integration. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will be at the forefront of identifying and delivering growth opportunities that create long-term value.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive and execute Scanfil's M&A strategy, ensuring a strong and continuous deal flow
  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain a portfolio of potential acquisition targets aligned with strategic priorities
  • Conduct in-depth financial, strategic, and operational analysis, including valuation and modelling
  • Prepare and present clear recommendations and business cases to senior leadership to support decision-making
  • Lead and coordinate the full acquisition process from sourcing to closing, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
  • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration across finance, legal, commercial, and operational functions
  • Coordinate and oversee due diligence processes (financial, legal, environmental, commercial), including external advisors
  • Participate in negotiations, including LOIs and transaction documentation, in line with management and board decisions
  • Develop and drive post-acquisition integration plans, ensuring organizational readiness and successful handover
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to support strategic decision-making and opportunity identification

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Proven track record in M&A execution and strategy implementation
  • Experience leading end-to-end M&A processes, preferably in a corporate or investment environment
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, modelling, and valuation
  • Experience in post-merger integration is considered an advantage
  • Fluent in English
