Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented M&A Integration Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This work can be done remotely. This role focuses on managing data, analyzing legal contracts, and ensuring the seamless integration of terms into our systems. The ideal candidate will excel in data organization, contract administration, and leveraging technology to drive results.

Job Responsibility:

review and analyze legal contracts to identify key terms, conditions, and attributes
organize and map contract details into Excel spreadsheets with precision
upload and manage contract data within Salesforce to maintain accurate records
ensure data integrity through thorough review and quality checks
collaborate with relevant teams to address any discrepancies or missing information
communicate proactively to provide updates and address issues as they arise
maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
utilize technological tools to streamline data management processes
support integration efforts by ensuring all contractual information is accurately documented

Requirements:

Strong understanding of legal contract terms and conditions
proven ability to organize and manage large volumes of data effectively
proficiency with Excel and Salesforce, or similar data management tools
exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
strong communication skills to proactively address issues and provide updates
tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to various software tools
experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes is a plus
ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
