Job Description:

We’re hiring an integration manager who will report to the head of M&A Integration. We are looking for someone who has managed multiple GTM and Platform focussed acquisitions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the functional integration approach from deal-close through the entire integration lifecycle to the steady state
  • Coordinate across a virtual team of functional integration leads who lead their respective workstreams, and roll up sleeves to lead workstreams yourself wherever needed
  • Drive alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders, ranging from the M&A team to subject matter experts in different departments
  • Lead integration meetings, document decisions and follow up on actions
  • Identify poorly defined areas and processes and collaboratively implement improvement changes

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any field)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in managing integrations in SaaS and software technology industries
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in managing integrations of acquisitions based on GTM and platform integrations
  • Excited to learn new technologies and dive deeper into functional areas
  • In-depth understanding of the acquisition lifecycle, integration planning, and strategic considerations
  • Program Management Skills: Experience in estimation, planning, design, and implementation of complex business and tech efforts at SaaS companies
