Job Description:

M&A Integration Associate role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The position involves leading and executing high-value M&A transactions across the entire deal lifecycle, playing a vital role in the company's strategic growth through impactful transactions.

Job Responsibility:

Lead deal origination and evaluation
Develop and implement strategies to source and identify compelling acquisition targets
Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential targets including financial, tax, legal, tech, and commercial analysis
Lead development of comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses
Present investment theses and recommendations to senior management
Drive deal execution
Manage deal teams ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines
Negotiate key transaction terms including deal structure, valuation, and financing
Lead preparation of transaction documents
Collaborate closely with legal and other advisors
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
3-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or a related field with a strong track record in M&A transactions
Proven ability to lead and manage deal teams, ensuring successful deal execution
In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and transaction structuring
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Passion for the M&A field and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
