A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in corporate tax, with a significant portion spent in a senior leadership role
Extensive experience working within a professional services firm or a large corporate tax department
ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
In-depth knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation, with experience in advising on complex tax issues
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering high-quality tax advisory services
Strong business development skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a commitment to developing and mentoring junior staff

Job Responsibility

Lead, manage and grow the corporate tax advisory and compliance practice, providing strategic direction and ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax services
Develop and implement innovative tax strategies and solutions to optimize tax positions for our clients
Advise clients on a wide range of tax issues, including corporate tax planning, compliance, M&A, international tax, and transfer pricing
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for business development and growth
