Job Responsibility:

  • Support and lead end-to-end M&A transactions
  • Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, synergy analysis)
  • Drive due diligence processes across all workstreams (finance, tax, legal, commercial, product/tech, etc.), coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for the executive team and Board
  • Proactively identify and map potential acquisition targets across priority markets
  • Conduct outreach to targets (working with local Fever teams and advisors) and manage early-stage conversations
  • Build and maintain detailed market overviews and M&A pipelines
  • Analyze market trends, business models, and strategic fit for potential acquisitions
  • Support commercial and operational due diligence with data analysis and modeling
  • Benchmark and assess potential synergies (cost and revenue) and post-deal integration opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Finance, Legal, Strategy, Product, and local operations to ensure transaction success and integration
  • Contribute to broader strategic initiatives (e.g. international expansion, new vertical assessments, capital allocation)

Requirements:

  • 4–6+ years of full-time experience in investment banking, private equity, or in-house corporate development
  • Academic background in Engineering (Civil, Aeronautics, Industrial, or related) from a top-tier university
  • Additional business/finance education (e.g. Master’s, MBA, CFA)
  • Strong financial modeling skills and familiarity with valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, multiples)
  • Solid understanding of accounting, financial statements, and deal structuring
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing advisors (legal, financial, tax, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to defend recommendations to senior management
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience in high-growth companies
  • Fluency in other European languages
What we offer:

  • Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee
  • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • Work in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our markets
  • Home office friendly
  • Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth
  • Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with
  • English Lessons
  • Gympass Membership
  • Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow
  • Free food, drinks and fruit at the office
