R.Power is a leading independent renewable energy producer in Poland and other European markets: Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, and Romania. R.Power is one of the largest independent renewable energy companies in Europe. Due to the company’s growth, we are looking for: M&A Associate / Senior Associate.

Job Responsibility

  • Support M&A processes throughout the entire transaction lifecycle (sell-side, JVs, buy-side) with the goal of becoming able to independently lead full transaction processes
  • Prepare term sheets, teasers, and information memoranda
  • Lead financial modelling activities during transaction processes
  • Prepare ongoing financial analyses and materials required for transaction execution
  • Support the management of external advisors, including legal, technical, and financial advisory firms
  • Coordinate due diligence processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Provide support to senior team members during negotiations of transaction documents

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in M&A gained in investment banking, financial advisory, an M&A boutique, investment fund, renewable energy developer, or IPP
  • Experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector will be an advantage
  • Solid understanding of financial modelling and proficiency in Excel
  • Fluency in English and Polish
