This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with 2–4 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, transaction services, valuations, or project finance to step into a strategic role focused on the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestments across the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting transaction activity, financial analysis, market intelligence, and due diligence across a dynamic pipeline of opportunities in renewables. This role would suit someone who is highly analytical, commercially minded, and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a business operating at the forefront of the energy transition.
Job Responsibility:
Support the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestments
Build and maintain financial models to assess investment opportunities, transaction feasibility, and strategic fit
Conduct valuation analysis and scenario modelling to support internal decision-making
Perform market research and industry analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic opportunities within the renewable energy market
Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for senior management, investment committees, and key stakeholders
Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams and external advisors throughout the due diligence process
Review and analyse financial statements, contracts, project documentation, and commercial agreements to identify risks and opportunities
Support transaction processes by tracking milestones, managing data rooms, and maintaining M&A pipeline / deal tracking tools
Contribute to strategic assessments across renewable energy technologies including solar PV, BESS, wind, and related infrastructure
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
2–4 years of professional experience in M&A, corporate finance, transaction advisory, valuation, investment analysis, or project finance
Prior exposure to the renewable energy, infrastructure, or power sector is highly advantageous
