Job Description:

Are you a part-qualified actuary with experience in the non-life insurance/reinsurance sectors? Do you have strong experience in GI reserving? Job Responsibility:

Providing actuarial M&A due diligence support for the Group’s new acquisitions
Assist with reserving, capital and pricing duties
Draft actuarial due diligence papers in relation to the work performed, including the reserving, capital and valuation metrics
Support the overall transition of successful deals to the Reserving & Reporting Actuarial team and wider business

Requirements:

Part-qualified actuary
Experience in the non-life insurance/reinsurance sectors
Strong experience in GI reserving
Prior reserving and capital experience is essential

Nice to have:

Experience within transaction due diligence and/or risk-based pricing would be an advantage
