Oliver James are partnered with a specialist Deals Advisory firm to support in their hiring of a a Technology Advisory Manager. The role will be London based, averaging 3 days in the office, paying up to c£100,000 basic excluding a car allowance, bonuses, well-being allowances and flexible benefits. As a Manager, you would operate under tight M&A time frames and demands; interfacing with corporate technology teams, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and Private Equity investment teams to support successful execution of their M&A engagements. You will be advising clients, PE firms and other enterprises across technology pre-deal diligence, carve-outs, integrations and portfolio reviews. Advice could be across a number of initiatives, including:- End to end technology due diligence; Carve out complexity; Separation & integration strategies; Transformation planning.
