Job Responsibility

  • Meets or exceeds the productivity standard at the department level
  • Completes documentation of treatment minutes and enters electronic charges accurately and timely
  • Participates in continuing education and develops advanced skills that enhance and align with department, clinical and business development
  • Performs generalized Lymphadema evaluation and treatment primarily for both upper and lower extremities
  • Completes general and specialty competencies appropriate to clinical area for patient care management
  • Reviews and interprets all pertinent data (medical, psychosocial, historical, cultural) related to the condition(s) during the evaluation, treatment, reassessment and discharge planning

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting
  • Licensed to practice occupational therapy in the state of Arizona - OT:AZ
  • Certified Lymphedema Therapist (LTC) - within 6 months * or we will consider a Licensed OT who wants to go through the training to obtain the LTC certification within 6 months of hire
  • Physical Therapist: AZ (PT:AZ)
  • Physical Therapy Assistant: AZ (PTA:AZ)
  • Occupational Therapy Assistant: AZ (OTA:AZ)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support
  • Computer skills

Nice to have

  • 2 years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care
  • Experienced use of electronic health record
