Job Responsibility:
Meets or exceeds the productivity standard at the department level
Completes documentation of treatment minutes and enters electronic charges accurately and timely
Participates in continuing education and develops advanced skills that enhance and align with department, clinical and business development
Performs generalized Lymphadema evaluation and treatment primarily for both upper and lower extremities
Completes general and specialty competencies appropriate to clinical area for patient care management
Reviews and interprets all pertinent data (medical, psychosocial, historical, cultural) related to the condition(s) during the evaluation, treatment, reassessment and discharge planning
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting
Licensed to practice occupational therapy in the state of Arizona - OT:AZ
Certified Lymphedema Therapist (LTC) - within 6 months * or we will consider a Licensed OT who wants to go through the training to obtain the LTC certification within 6 months of hire
Physical Therapist: AZ (PT:AZ)

Occupational Therapy Assistant: AZ (OTA:AZ)
American Heart Association Basic Life Support
Computer skills
Nice to have:
2 years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care
Experienced use of electronic health record
