Requirements

Previous experience in luxury travel sales, preferably in a tour operator or agency environment but possibly from a luxury hotel setting
Strong consultative sales skills: ability to build rapport, ask the right questions, and propose high-value solutions
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
ability to write compelling proposals and speak confidently with affluent clients
Travel product knowledge of the UK, Scotland and Ireland is essential

Job Responsibility

Respond to inbound leads (web, email, phone) from prospective luxury travellers
Develop in-depth client engagement to understand preferences, motivations, and "dream trip" priorities
Prepare proposals, pricing, and detailed itineraries
present them in a compelling way that emphasises value and exclusivity
Close sales and achieve (or exceed) revenue targets
Monitor supplier relationships and feedback insights to operations to improve product offering
Oversee client booking process: confirm arrangements, liaise with operations, and ensure accuracy of reservations
