Luxury Travel Consultant

• Handle enquiries, quotes, bookings and general administration as part of the reservations team
• Support concierge-style services and special requests for luxury long-haul holidays
• Manage daily tasks within the reservations system and ensure all passenger details are accurate and up to date
• Use Amadeus to action bookings, issue quotes and complete administration
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with travel agents and direct customers
• Proactively contact customers prior to travel to offer additional services and enhancements
• Notify agents and customers of new special offers to drive business into the reservations team
• Prepare and arrange travel documentation
• Review customer feedback and take appropriate action, seeking guidance where needed

• Experience of working within a tour operator or retail travel environment in a sales role
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive approach with a positive, team-focused attitude
• Accuracy-driven with a commitment to maintaining high professional standards

Experience using Amadeus or similar GDS would be beneficial but not essential

• Salary of £30k to £32k depending on experience, plus bonuses
• Monday to Friday: 9 to 5.30, Saturdays 9 to 4 on a rota basis
• Hybrid working available after probation (one day per week from home)
