Flight Centre Collection is looking for an experienced leader to take on a rare and rewarding opportunity to lead our Luxury Queensland team, in one of the fastest growing departments in FCTG. As a Luxury Team Leader, you will bring together your proven leadership, mentoring expertise, and travel consulting experience to inspire this already high-performing team. You will be responsible for driving the success and growth of both the business and the people within it - empowering them to thrive, stay connected, and deliver exceptional service. Our growing Flight Centre Luxury teams are evolving to meet the increasing desire for flexibility. To meet the demands of a changing market and create greater flexibility for our business and teams, we are expanding on the success of our existing remote businesses and we are looking for a Remote/Hybrid Team Leader role to lead our Luxury Queensland team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team into the next phase of our journey while working from wherever inspires you most - work from home, in our global head office or both.
