We are a luxury spa brand dedicated to delivering elevated wellness experiences. Located in a vibrant outdoor tent at the St. Pete Pier Marketplace, we connect with guests in a dynamic, high-traffic environment while maintaining a refined, high-end feel. We are seeking an outgoing, polished, and results-driven Sales Associate to represent our luxury spa brand. This role focuses on engaging guests, promoting spa services, and driving bookings through exceptional customer interaction and brand storytelling.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet and engage guests in a warm, professional, and approachable manner
  • Educate clients on spa services, packages, and promotions
  • Actively promote and sell spa services, memberships, and gift cards
  • Assist with booking appointments and capturing client information
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing tent space
  • Uphold brand standards and deliver a luxury-level guest experience
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales goals

Requirements

  • Previous sales, retail, or hospitality experience preferred (luxury experience a plus)
