Woodhouse Spa - Peachtree City is seeking a licensed, experienced Esthetician who is passionate about skin health, luxury service, and creating memorable guest experiences. Job Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional facial and skincare services following Woodhouse protocols that elevate the guest experience
  • Educate and guide guests on homecare and personalized skincare routines for lasting results
  • Provide a full array of spa services including signature services, advanced protocols, as well as body treatments
  • Build lasting guest relationships through genuine connection, care, and professionalism
  • Maintain a pristine and peaceful work environment, upholding state regulations and brand standards
  • Partner with fellow service providers and spa leadership to create a seamless, five-star experience for every guest
  • Utilize spa software to manage appointments and guest information efficiently

Requirements

  • Active State Esthetician License (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in professional skincare, preferably in a luxury or wellness spa environment
  • Strong knowledge of holistic and clinical skincare techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for guest service
  • Ability to educate and engage with guests by participating in marketing campaigns, in-person, and community initiatives
  • A team-oriented mindset and desire to grow alongside other high-performing professionals
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying current with skincare innovations
  • Reliable, consistent attendance and the flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
