Job Description

If you are skilled at fostering client relationships and closing sales we can offer you a financial package with unlimited earning potential. As Luxury Sales Manager you will have opportunities to exceed sales targets with new releases, events and exhibitions, as well as in-depth training to maximise your product knowledge. You’ll proactively develop existing customer relationships, build new client relationships and proactively market your product range. Job Responsibility

  • Fostering client relationships and closing sales
  • Proactively develop existing customer relationships, build new client relationships and proactively market your product range
  • 'Hands on' management of the day-to-day operation of a high profile site
  • Overseeing and coaching a small sales team to exceed sales targets and build client relationships
  • Working five out of seven weekends (Saturday's and Sunday's)

Requirements

  • The motivation and drive to achieve sales targets ideally with previous 1-2-1 sales experience
  • Previous experience in overseeing or coaching a small team
  • The ability to adapt and tailor to different client needs
  • Outstanding communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Exceptional client service skills and organisation skills
  • A friendly, engaging personality
  • A driving license is desirable for occasional home consultation visits with clients
