This is an exciting opportunity for a driven luxury sales professional to take ownership of a high-profile retail location in York. You will combine hands-on sales with team leadership, ensuring exceptional client experiences while consistently delivering strong commercial results. You will be working with a premium product range, supported by regular new releases, exclusive events and product showcases, alongside full training to further develop your expertise and maximise performance. This is a weekend-led business, so flexibility to work five out of seven weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) is essential.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver strong personal sales performance through consultative, high-value selling
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Proactively generate new business and maximise opportunities with existing customers
Oversee the day-to-day running of the location
Lead, coach and support a small sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times
Support events, product launches and promotional activity
Requirements:
Proven success in a luxury or high-value sales environment
Experience coaching, supporting or managing a small team
Strong ability to adapt your approach to different clients and situations
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organised with a strong customer-focused mindset
Engaging, professional and commercially driven personality
Full UK driving licence desirable (occasional client home consultations)

£31,000 base salary
