Job Responsibility

  • High level of attention to detail and validation of customer identity prior to handover of goods at collection point
  • Provide high level of front-line customer service to customers and clients alike
  • Liaise with all 'off-airport' clients with regards to the receiving and processing of duty free and GST zero-rated goods and any other related business-related queries they may have
  • Ensure all deliveries from carriers are receipted into storage correctly and any issues with deliveries raised immediately with the retailers
  • Liaise with customers, team leader and retailers to support the Collection Point Team Leader in the handling of Duty Free and Tax-Free goods, claims, returns and any other daily operational activities
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed including international airside access requirements and admin tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year retail experience or similar
  • A bubbly personality that thrives in a fast-paced customer centric environment
  • Pride in providing excellent customer service and adding to a great customer experience
  • Ability to lift approximately 15kgs
  • Computer savvy
  • Flexible availability on either Weekdays or Weekends, a possible early start e.g. 5am

Nice to have

Bilingual abilities desired but not mandatory e.g. Mandarin Speaker
