High level of attention to detail and validation of customer identity prior to handover of goods at collection point
Provide high level of front-line customer service to customers and clients alike
Liaise with all 'off-airport' clients with regards to the receiving and processing of duty free and GST zero-rated goods and any other related business-related queries they may have
Ensure all deliveries from carriers are receipted into storage correctly and any issues with deliveries raised immediately with the retailers
Liaise with customers, team leader and retailers to support the Collection Point Team Leader in the handling of Duty Free and Tax-Free goods, claims, returns and any other daily operational activities
Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed including international airside access requirements and admin tasks
Requirements
Minimum 1 year retail experience or similar
A bubbly personality that thrives in a fast-paced customer centric environment
Pride in providing excellent customer service and adding to a great customer experience
Ability to lift approximately 15kgs
Computer savvy
Flexible availability on either Weekdays or Weekends, a possible early start e.g. 5am
Nice to have
Bilingual abilities desired but not mandatory e.g. Mandarin Speaker
