Job Description:

The role involves ensuring that the “Gold Standards” of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. It includes maintaining hotel cleanliness and creating unique guest experiences while exemplifying the brand's Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel
delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
doing what needs to be done to create a great guest experience.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communication are professional
being on your feet and moving around
taking a hands-on approach to work
moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
performing other reasonable job duties as requested.
