Job Description:

The Guest Service Expert role focuses on creating memorable luxury experiences for guests through exceptional service, upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, and adhering to Marriott policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Setting tables
Communicating with the kitchen
Interacting and serving guests
Cleaning work areas and supplies
Ensuring workplace safety
Upholding quality standards
Maintaining professional appearance and communication
Moving and handling objects as needed
Performing other reasonable job duties

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1-year related work experience
