Luxury Resort Housekeeping Coordinator position at Dorado Beach a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Responsible for coordinating housekeeping operations, managing room status, and ensuring excellent guest service standards. Delivers the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton with gracious and thoughtful service.
Job Responsibility:
Run sold room reports and verify room status
Determine discrepant rooms and prioritize room cleaning
Update status of departing guest rooms
Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
Act as liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms
Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff
Record, monitor, and update list of 'Do Not Disturb' rooms
Ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by necessary time
Assign rush rooms and previously 'Do Not Disturb' rooms
Complete required Housekeeping paperwork
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
