It’s fitting that we are located at the pinnacle of Vermont! We are looking for a Luxury Residences Property Technician to join our Engineering team at Spruce Peak! As a Luxury Residences Property Technician, you will be an integral member of the team that creates authentic experiences for our guests. Primary responsibilities include general maintenance and repairs in our luxury residence units. Additionally, you will be responsible to respond to guest requests, completing assigned work orders and helping in the maintenance and repairs of all the areas of the property. A qualified applicant is a “people person” who is flexible with their schedule, loves to troubleshoot and knows a thing or two about safety, facility repairs, and maintenance.
