Job Description:

Our client, a luxury members-only concierge service, is seeking a skilled Dining Concierge to join their team in the New York City area. This individual must be extremely knowledgeable and connected within the New York City restaurant scene to be able to secure hard to get reservations for high-demand locations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Efficiently handle reservation requests for our members, successfully securing reservations at top tier and in-demand restaurants, focused on our New York market
  • Leverage expert industry knowledge to offer personalized recommendations tailored to members' inquiries and in line with their preferences
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with in-demand restaurants in New York
  • ensuring priority access and seamless experience for our members
  • Collaborate with the executive team to explore partnerships and exclusive offerings with in-demand restaurants
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, new openings, and changes in the dining landscape
  • Regularly update the team on noteworthy events, promotions, and culinary experiences in your primary markets
  • Deeply understand our Member’s needs to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless member experiences

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a concierge or client services/relations executive in a high-touch membership, dining/hospitality, or luxury services capacity
  • Proven experience working with high-net worth clients to provide remarkable experiences and exclusive access
  • Proven experience excelling in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to adapt and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our members and align with restaurant operating schedules
  • Ability to properly prioritize against competing needs

  • Familiarity with Zendesk or other SaaS communication platforms
