Job Description

We are looking for a Client Manager for a top luxury brand at their Rodeo Drive Collection store. As a Collection Client Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and elevating client relationships, delivering an exceptional luxury experience, and driving business growth through personalized service and refined communication.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with the Store Manager to leverage CRM tools, clienteling strategies, and performance coaching to consistently drive year-over-year sales growth
  • Drive brand excitement and create selling opportunities both inside and outside the boutique through proactive networking, event participation, and strategic client engagement
  • Cultivate lasting client relationships by coaching the team in trend knowledge, styling expertise, and elevated selling techniques, while maintaining and expanding a personal client book
  • Uphold the highest standards of client service through exemplary leadership, multitasking with precision, and delivering a seamless luxury experience
  • Demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, and a commitment to personal and professional growth within a fast-paced boutique environment
  • Serve as a true Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the image and values of Collection
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador and uphold an elevated boutique image
  • Oversee and execute critical operational functions, including boutique opening, closing, and key operational tasks, with accuracy and excellence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in luxury retail sales, with a track record of driving business results
  • Established million-dollar client book with strong, long-standing relationships within the Beverly Hills community
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to strategize, adapt, and deliver innovative solutions to achieve goals
  • Deep connections on Rodeo Drive with the expertise to cultivate new business and engage as a true client developer
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
  • Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother's Day, etc.
