Sold in more than 100 countries, LUX is a truly global brand with its main footprint in Developing & Emerging markets. 2025 marked a major turnaround for the brand across all matrix. The LUX team has given the brand a new light by creating the new brandverse, new brand visual identity, driving social-first transformation, and developing and executing a robust innovation plan under premiumization strategy. As a result, the brand is growing across all top 10 markets and is having a very strong momentum to deliver more growth in 2026 and beyond. In order to cement the brand’s turnaround & the new brand identity, and accelerate our pace of social first demand generation, we are looking for a Senior Global Brand Manager based in Singapore. This is a Global brand role where you will Lead the global LUX Masterbrand strategy, ensuring consistent brand identity, ever-green activation, and cultural relevance across all markets. Drive social-first transformation, communication excellence, engagement platforms and lead the social content studio to strengthen LUX’s position as a modern, up-to-date, premium beauty brand. You’ll be reporting to the LUX global brand lead and have one ABM reporting to you based out of Singapore.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the global LUX Masterbrand strategy, ensuring consistent brand identity, ever-green activation, and cultural relevance across all markets
  • Drive social-first transformation, communication excellence, engagement platforms and lead the social content studio to strengthen LUX’s position as a modern, up-to-date, premium beauty brand
  • Lead LUX brand strategic plan (BSP)
  • Support GBL to craft the right strategic framework for the brand across 6Ps
  • Lead the ever-evolving brandverse and brand visual identity development together with the lead creative agency
  • Owner of various brand guidelines (e.g. digital assets, POSM, casting, wardrobe)
  • Ensure consistency of visual identity and tone across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with agency partners to craft winning communication with best-in-class digital & content (social first) strategies, for LUX to win in the must conquer platforms (e.g. IG Tiktok) to reach and engage consumers
  • Be the change champion for SFDG transformation, and owner of brand social strategy
  • Lead the content planning for global lighthouse social handles
  • Establish and lead the social content studio team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in masterbrand and brand communication related roles is essential, ideally within Unilever
  • Proven track record in crafting communications & brand engagement as well as previous experience in beauty is preferrable
  • Proven experience in working with a diversity of markets, with appreciation for local culture, ability to spot & leverage on market, social and cultural changes
  • Demonstrable skills and/or inclination in the following areas: Consumer love – ability to immerse in the lives of our consumers and shoppers, understanding their pain points, needs and desires, what delights them so as to craft most relevant innovations and coms
  • Analytical Power: ability to transform data and consumer insights into brand growth opportunities & excellent at using data to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Ability to juggle complexity and at the same time ability to prioritise ruthlessly
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action – independent, self-starter who can work independently
  • Solid agility/adaptability to respond to changing market dynamics
  • Strong interpersonal & Influencing skills: build effective relationships with partners in different countries
  • Team leadership – driving psychological safety, creating an environment where everybody can express their ideas and different views are respected
  • Be a talent magnet and a leader who develops strong well-knit teams and cultivates a high performance culture for the small SG based team
