Job Description:

Are you passionate about creating a safe, happy, and inclusive environment for children? Oasis Academy Wattville is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team and help make lunchtimes a positive experience for every child.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise pupils during the lunch period, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
  • Encourage positive play and social interaction
  • Support pupils in following school rules and maintaining good behaviour
  • Assist with the organisation of dining areas and outdoor spaces
  • Respond calmly and effectively to any incidents or accidents

Requirements:

  • A caring and approachable individual who enjoys working with children
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative
  • Reliability and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils
