Job Description:

Oasis Academy Lister Park is a vibrant and inclusive school committed to providing a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for all our students. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team and help ensure that lunchtime is a positive and enjoyable experience for every child.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise students during lunch breaks, both in the dining hall and playground areas
Promote positive behaviour and ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils
Encourage healthy eating and good table manners
Support students in engaging in play and social activities
Respond calmly and effectively to any incidents or accidents, following school procedures

Requirements:

A caring and approachable individual who enjoys working with children
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when required
Reliability and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
