Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 11:30am until 2:30pm Location: Sixpenny Day Nursery, Old Farrowing House, Roundway Hill Business Centre, Devizes, Wiltshire, SN10 2LT About our Nursery Our purpose-built Sixpenny Day Nursery at Roundway Hill Farm provides a stimulating learning environment for the children of the Devizes community. Bi-fold doors allow for free-flowing indoor and outdoor play and easy visibility of the wildlife in the acres of land around us, including rabbits and deer. The nursery also has a dedicated area for its own pygmy goats, where the children can excitedly feed and care for them. The team is proud of our Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ Devizes nursery, which specialises in outdoor learning and adopts a ‘Forest School’ learning approach. Situated in the Hamlet of Roundway, we are a short drive from Devizes and easily accessible from the A361. We are located next to the Roundway Hill Business Centre, off Hopton Road. We have plenty of parking on site for the team. What Your Role Involves As a valued member of our team, you’ll: Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
