Luggage Porter

• Assist our members and guests with their luggage collection and delivery from vehicles and bedrooms throughout the Estate
• Act as the greatest ambassador to Estelle Manor
• Be the focal point of guest interaction whilst delivering an exceptional service

• Experience in a customer/guest facing environment
• A full UK driving license
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
