Job Description

We are searching for varying levels of Lubrication Program Specialists in the Golden Triangle (Port Arthur / Beaumont / Orange), Texas area on behalf of our client, a premier reliability and engineering services contractor. The ideal candidate is a current Lubrication Technician, Specialist, or Reliability Engineer with a background in heavy industrial lubrication programs, placing a strong emphasis on program design, procedure development, and root cause analysis.

Job Responsibility

  • Organize, execute, and streamline daily lubrication program activities across the facility
  • Assist in the development of plant lubrication procedures and perform regular program audits
  • Monitor rotating machinery health and verify compliance with established lubrication standards
  • Maintain accurate field documentation, sample records, and lubrication tracking data
  • Actively collaborate with the on-site team and project managers to identify program improvement areas

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of dedicated lubrication experience in an industrial environment
  • ISO 18436-4 MLA/MLT-CAT I certification required (CAT II preferred, but strong field experience with a CAT I is highly encouraged to apply)
  • Direct experience serving as an industrial Lubrication Technician or Engineer
  • Practical knowledge of lubrication procedure development, machinery inspections, and plant sampling protocols
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach to team success
