Job Responsibility

Partner carrier relationship management, including communication of pickups and deliveries with all 3rd party partner carriers
Tracking of shipments within the network, and providing feedback to both customers and Bison operations
Ensuring maximum equipment utilization, including identification of opportunities to better utilize Bison assets
Planning of LTL shipments within the Bison network
Cross-Dock scheduling & administrative support
Cross-Functional coverage for vacation support and capacity management
Supporting the Operations Team with special projects (ie. Labelling & Scanning, Process Flow Analysis)
