Job Description:

As the LTL Customer Service Assistant, you will be a key player in our highly effective Operations team. The LTL Customer Service assistant is responsible for working with our group of CSRs in managing the daily activity of our LTL clients. You will be actively involved in communication, order set up and appointment booking of our LTL order.

Job Responsibility:

  • Booking Appointments with Shippers and consignees
  • Managing communication with Shippers and consignees and developing relationships
  • Working alongside with and collaborating with the Operations Team to ensure customer experience, expectations, and effective cost management when managing the Appointment scheduling
  • Updating of company profile based on customer requirements

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the transportation industry and North American Geography are considered assets
  • Sound analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proven communication and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
