Lss senior design manager (solar) - central

• Provide oversight across the full engineering cycle — from concept and design to construction support and final commissioning — ensuring all technical deliverables meet quality and compliance requirements
• Be actively involved on-site throughout project execution, supporting layout design, early-stage studies, and resolving technical challenges in coordination with site teams
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors — reviewing scopes, technical specs, and material lists to ensure alignment with project goals
• Lead and support the development of a multidisciplinary technical team, promoting a collaborative and improvement-driven work culture

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Over 8 years of hands-on experience in the design and engineering of solar PV systems
• Strong technical foundation in solar PV systems, electrical design principles, and engineering standards
• Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst etc
• Significant exposure to utility-scale solar PV construction environments
• Proven ability to manage and negotiate contracts, assess risks, and ensure cost control throughout project lifecycles
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• A demonstrated track record of leading large-scale solar PV projects

Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and SCADA systems is beneficial
