Job Description:

Our client is a leading player in the renewable energy industry, committed to driving sustainable solutions through innovative solar PV projects. The role focuses on leading utility-scale solar PV projects, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, budgets, and timelines, and managing relationships with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the technical and engineering development of utility-scale solar PV projects, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, budgets, and timelines
Oversee, review, and approve all design and engineering phases, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery
Provide on-site technical leadership, conducting site studies, layout optimization, and assisting in construction and commissioning
Manage contracts and relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
SEDA GCPV and/or OGPV certification preferred
Minimum 5+ years of experience in solar PV design and engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in solar PV fundamentals, electrical engineering, and industry best practices
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVcase, RatedPower, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
