Job Responsibility

Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care delivery
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly
Ensure adherence to medical protocols, including HIPAA regulations and infection control standards
Maintain accurate medical documentation and oversee the management of medical records
Provide training and support to nursing staff on best practices in patient care
Participate in utilization review processes to enhance operational efficiency
Manage staffing schedules and coordinate with other departments for seamless patient care
Address patient and family concerns regarding care and treatment options
